Disturbance

Aug 30 2010

This dream was both frightening and vivid. The places in it were very clear, though I haven't been to any of them in real life.

Will Farrel and two of his friends were out on / by the water, there was an accident and one of them fell in. In the water a creature (or creatures) had appeared and all that could be seen was frothing water and blood. Will and his other friend were freaked out by this.

In the dream people were getting sort of crazy or possessed, but you couldn't always tell if they were or not, until they did something extremely out of the ordinary. When Will F. became crazy later in the dream (I think his friend protested to no avail, but refused to go with him) he wanted to go back to the water. He brought his nephew with him, and with life-jacket and all put him into the dangerous water. The boy died but Will either on purpose or by accident ended up with the same fate.

Matthew, Jordan and I got the craziness too, we seemed all happy and goofy. I think we were following orders from some leader, but it was all like a big game. Sometimes we pretended we were robots. (There might have been real robots as well)
When I somehow got released, the boys left me. I remember being desperate to stop them because they were going to lead a “death” (and possibly suicide) from the top of a bright, white shelved, crowded, fun and very tall store. I remember being with another freed guy sitting at a red table on the bottom floor of this store. We stopped the boys but they got away, all happy and reproving.

Later I was sleeping in a large open dorm with another girl. It was grey (dim) and clean but untidy, like lots of people had been using it. We woke up hearing someone trying to get in, so we got in touch with the guy from before. We knew they couldn't get in that way but we were scared. The guy stayed on the phone with us. We wondered if the back way was secured well enough, really only people who were part of our group should know about how to get in there. That was when he said, “Why do you think I've kept you on the phone?”

And my dream ended as we realized he was one of them now.
