Sometimes what I recall of dreams is fragmented or is missing the beginning (or end, or middle piece) of what happened. I know there was more because it's just there, on the very edge of my subconscious. Sometimes I get so frustrated with this I just don't bother to record it. Others, the bits that I have left an interesting impression, or contained something or some person (or the setting) fascinates me enough to write it down regardless..
Dream Aug 9 2013
Andrew is working at an exit station at the internment/prison facility. He is wearing a white T-shirt. I don't remember why people were imprisoned, but some of us were given jobs to do. I think I had a job too somewhere. A large flux of people had just been released or given time to leave for a particular holiday. (It was like christmas, but I don't think there was winter, at least no snow) I had two ferrets, one was all white like Nibs (the sleek one) and the other was more like a standard ferret (I think he was Dexter in ferret form). The area that Andrew was in was mostly metallic grey and he operated the exit, mechanical doors etc opened at his control. He would stand at the control booth which had a glass cornered window reinforced with the metal. I think the facility was below ground because the exit led to a ramp that went upwards. Outside of the room was a large foyer and hallway that was metal but all white. I remember asking Andrew for a favour standing in a small back room with the ferrets. I think I wanted to leave early, he was a bit uncertain, but I think he let me go.
At some point I met up with my family and my Dad (he was wearing a long black coat) couldn't believe my Mom had bought all of these giant, slender, tall decorative candles. (I was disappointed they were not beeswax). Of course it was all quite surreal, but everyone seemed to be in a good mood in preparation for our little family celebration. (Jordan and Lara were distinctly there in the dream).

Replicated some of the City Council and their partners.
I was talking with a couple of the wives and saying we needed a way to differentiate between duplicates. Yay.
